Despite being one of the most anticipated quarterbacks in the 2025 NFL Draft, Shedeur Sanders remains undrafted after three rounds of selections in Green Bay, Wisconsin. After the first day of the draft, where many expected the Colorado quarterback to be picked early, Sanders shockingly fell out of the first round on Thursday night.
The 2025 draft has continued to surprise as, after two quarterbacks were called on Day 1, another three quarterbacks were selected in the second and third rounds on Friday. However, none of those selections included Sanders, who is the son of Pro Football Hall of Famer Deion Sanders, head coach at Colorado.
As the draft moves into its later rounds, experts and fans alike are left wondering what has caused this unexpected slip for a player who was once considered a top prospect.
