The Indian Air Force (IAF) has deployed a C-130J Super Hercules aircraft to transport the relief material from the Hindon Air Force Station in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, to Myanmar. The consignment includes a wide range of essential supplies aimed at providing immediate relief to those affected by the earthquake.

Essential Supplies Dispatched to Myanmar

• Tents and Sleeping Bags: To provide temporary shelter for families who have lost their homes.

• Water Purifiers: To provide access to safe drinking water in regions where infrastructure has been damaged.
• Solar Lamps and Generator Sets: To facilitate emergency lighting and power supply in affected areas where electricity has been disrupted.
• Essential Medicines: Including pain relievers such as Paracetamol, antibiotics, syringes, gloves, cotton bandages, urine bags, and other medical supplies to assist in the treatment of the injured and prevent the spread of diseases.
