The National Democratic Alliance (NDA) has unveiled its joint election manifesto for the upcoming Bihar Assembly elections. The “Sankalp Patra” was released at a press conference in Patna on Friday by BJP president JP Nadda and Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, along with other senior alliance leaders.

The manifesto outlines 25 major promises across employment, education, healthcare, and development. A key highlight is women empowerment, with the NDA pledging to turn 1 crore women into ‘Lakhpati Didis’ and help select women entrepreneurs become millionaires through Mission Crorepati.

The alliance has also promised 1 crore government jobs and employment opportunities.

On the infrastructure front, the NDA aims to construct seven expressways, introduce metro services in four additional cities, and develop new international airports if it returns to power.

  • Up to ₹2 lakh financial support for women under the Chief Minister’s Mahila Rozgar Yojana.
